What TIME Where YOU Are?
Movie premiere is March 28, 8PM EST. Try this "timezone converter". Movie Premiere on Epix - March 28th, 2015 - 8PM EST I made this to help those outside the USA be able to watch Katy Perry's Prismatic World Tour movie. The movie will be out on DVD (we don't know when yet) AND the internet is.. sneaky (who knows what will popup after the premiere). If this doesn't work for you, I am sorry, but please know I gave it my best shot! :) If you live in the USA and have Epix-this should be easy! =D FOR THOSE IN THE USA that don't have Epix, a TWO WEEK FREE TRIAL will allow you to access the movie! Enter your email, a password (must have at least 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number), zip code, username, tv provider and check the "over 18" box. FOR THE REST OF THE WORLD... here we go..... (The Hola Google Chrome add-on allowed me to create an Epix account but didn't let me watch movies.) To watch on the Epix WEBSITE, FIRST we need to create an account with Epix by using their Two Week Free Trial, but to do that, we have to "be" in the USA. The movie will be live streamed on the Epix/Katy Facebook as well, BUT will also "USA only" restrictions"... SO! We are going to use a proxy... By-Pass The 'US Only' Restriction This is not the only way, but how I understand and think would be easy for others. Using Unblock-Us.com 1. Go to unblock-us.com. Find "Try us free for one week," input your email and click "Start Trial". 2. Set-up your computer or devices by clicking what you will be using. (ie: Windows 7/8, PS3, ect) 3. Download the Easy Set-Up App and open it. (100% safe) 4. A new window should open in your browser bringing you back to unblock-us.com (if not, go there again) which should now have green bars that say: (1) your trial account is active, (2) DNS is set-up correctly, (3) you are ready to go. Make sure its using the USA. NOW we can set-up an Epix account with their two week free trial. 1. Enter your email, a password (must have at least 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number), a USA zip code (90210), username, select 'other' under tv provider and check the "over 18" box. 2. BOOM!!! You blew up. Just kidding. YOU DID IT!!! Now you should be able to watch their movies, including Katy's on Saturday! EPIX Facebook Livestream! EPIX Website Livestream! Yesterday is history... Premiere Event in Los Angeles - March 26th, 2015 - 6PM PACIFIC/9PM EASTERN Not sure there will be a livestream through Facebook as they said in early promo, but the "Periscopeco" app will have a livestream! :) If there is a Facebook livestream, it's likely to be restricted to USA only, but hopefully it can be worked around with "Unblock US". Once you have installed "Unblock US" (directions below), go to the Epix Facebook or Katy's Facebook where they should have info on where to watch the live stream. At this point I'm not sure how it will work, but after the attendees see the 2hr movie, there will be a Q&A with Katy, so that would bring us to about 9PM Pacific (11PM EST). |
